Our happy little boy is 6 months old now! He has a grin for everyone and shows off his little gummy smile. The cutest!
Milestones: He has feet! Albert loves to grab his little feet and try to chomp on them. He’s also gotten more mobile and has mastered rolling from back to tummy. Usually he is not where we left him if we step out of the room for a second. Time to put up a baby gate!
Eating: He’s curious about stage 1 baby foods – puree – so we’ve been sampling new flavors to see what he likes. Once he gets used to the flavor and texture, he gobbles it down. He still eats about 5 8-ounce bottles a day also.
Teething: His bottom two teeth popped through, thank goodness! He’s much less fussy and sleeping better now that his mouth isn’t hurting him. 😃
Sleeping: He naps 2-3 times a day and still wakes 1-2 times at night. It was more challenging during the teeth coming through time but we made it through to the other side to back to slightly better sleep. 😅
Wearing: He still wears 6 month and 6-9 month clothes. I’ve bought some short sleeved onesies and shorts to prepare for summer but the weather is still pretty brisk!
Loves: Albert loves to roll all around the living room and trying to reach the toys he wants. He always reaches for his bunny rattle, his rainbow streamer, or one of his crinkle books. If nothing else, he’ll munch on his or one of our fingers. Haha! 😆
