My Rollercoaster Journey
I grew up in a military family and spent all of my childhood traveling to new places and meeting new faces. started my adult journey as a nurse, at the bedside for the first 15 years and now in administration. I’m a mom to 3 babies and a wife of 9+ years.
My first pregnancy was twins, Alexander and Audrey, and my second was a singleton, Albert. We lost our Alex when he was two-and-a-half years old from unknown causes. He went to sleep for a nap and never woke back up. We miss him all the time and share stories and pictures of him with Audrey and Albert. Audrey is 5 now and Albert is 6 months old. ❤️

Fun Facts About Me
Travel Bugs: I’ve visited 39 out of 50 states in the US in addition to Puerto Rico and the Bahamas. My favorite place was Puerto Rico where I lived for 5 non-consecutive years. I have many wonderful memories of hiking down the cliff to the beach and learning to snorkel with my dad. My second favorite place was Alaska with my husband. Alaska is BEAUTIFUL and was so calming to drive around in.
Coffee Connoisseur: I’m a self-proclaimed coffee enthusiast! I love trying out local places and sampling new flavors. My go-to order is a white chocolate mocha. I love to experiment with seasonal flavored blends, especially ones with floral notes.
The Great American Bake Off: I enjoy baking sweet treats over cooking but I want to expand my foundational base of staple recipes. I want to learn to make breads, bagels, and pasta.
Karaoke Star: I love to sing! Usually it’s to my babies or in the car but I have fun singing karaoke with my daughter or sister-in-law. We used to play karaoke games to see who would win the title of The Voice. Fun times!
Puzzle Novice: I have been trying to get in to puzzles to spend less time on social media. It’s challenging with kids as I keep having to put the puzzle away when I’m done but it’s been a fun creative outlet.
Not-so Green Thumb: I usually end up killing any and all plants but this year I’m determined to learn more about gardening. I bought books, a greenhouse, and downloaded an app to help with a watering and potting schedule. I’ll bring you along on my adventure!
